New Year, New Goals, and your Why and How

Its a whole New Year! a pretty good year to start things right and fun!

I remember I used to have New Year's Resolution every now and then, but this time its a bit different, I have this realization, you, making a plan for yourself will not work if deep inside, you don't have a clear reason why you are doing it. As one writer puts it, your must have a deeper 'WHY?' if you have it then the HOW will follow. True enough, it makes a good sense and a fruitful change in my lifestyle. Perhaps, you are communicating with you inner self, its what your soul really wants -- as what they say, talk to the Child in You, and you will be amazed.

So  to help you out with your goals this year.... Ask yourself, is this really what I wanted? Is this really what the Child in Me wants? Why do I want it?
