When I experience trouble in my life... and I feel like losing my grip on situation... I would read this verse from the bible... and reflect on it.. from there, I am reminded that I am well taken cared of by the heavenly Father... :)

Do Not Lose Heart
Therefore we do not lose heart.Though outwardly we are wasting away,
yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.For our light and momentary troublesare achieving for us an eternal glorythat far outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen,but on what is unseen.For what is seen is temporary,but what is unseen is eternal.
